Kim joined the Joint Replacement Institute in 2021.
Kim is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist who has over 25 years of experience working with upper extremity orthopedic patients. She graduated from Colorado State University with her degree in Occupational Therapy and has enjoyed working with patients of all ages in Colorado, Arizona, and now Florida. She evaluates the total person and the everyday tasks we perform, and through rehabilitation, education, and adaptation, assists in the return to functional use of the affected arm or hand. As an additional specialty service, she provides custom splints to protect or support injured areas. She looks forward to being of assistance in your arm or hand rehabilitation as you return to daily use and function.
New to Florida, being by water still fascinates her after years living in the desert Southwest. Working in the gardens or inside the house on projects keeps her creative self happy when not at work.
